1. Overview & Acceptance

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile applications, digital tools, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by BytesWork (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using our applications available on the Google Play Store, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Mobile Application License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and execute our applications on mobile devices owned or controlled by you, solely for personal, non-commercial use.

• You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our software applications.
• You may not sell, rent, lease, distribute, or sublicense the applications to any third party.

3. In-App Payments & Subscriptions

All financial transactions, including in-app purchases, digital unlocks, premium features, and recurring subscriptions, are securely processed through Google Play In-App Billing.

• Billing & Renewals: Payments are charged to your Google Play account at confirmation. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle via your Google Play account settings.
• Refunds: Refund requests are governed by Google Play’s standard refund policies and must be requested directly through your Google Play purchase history.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our applications are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We accept no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from app usage, data loss, or service interruptions.
